Assistant Manager Position
The Moon Saloon is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team!
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Assists General Manager to ensure operations run efficiently and according to company policy and standards
Assists the General Manager in the selection of Front of House employees
Supports the training and development of restaurant employees
Manages performance of all hourly employees, with an emphasis on Front of House employees, to ensure they are successful in their individual roles
Responsible for assisting in the completion of general business administration including payroll, human resources, marketing, and financial reporting
Promotes the business, builds sales, increases profits, ensures guest satisfaction, and brand integrity

Experience and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in a busy restaurant or retail environment
Must be 18 or older to apply
