Cosmo Prof in Concord, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to hire, develop and lead store associates, ensuring an exceptional client experience and upholding brand standards. The role supports all store operations and drives daily performance across sales, service and merchandising.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in retail with 1+ year in a management role, strong communication and scheduling availability. Cosmetology license is desirable but not required.
