Assistant Manager Responsibilities
Assistant Managers are responsible for:
Ensuring the restaurant is staffed.
Ensuring customer satisfaction making sure every customer leaves happy.
Keeping high levels of operational standards.
Following all company policies and standards.
Managing inventory, purchase food, beverage, and supplies.
