Assistant Manager, Ritual Hot Yoga SOMA
Ritual Hot Yoga is a candlelit hot yoga studio built around atmosphere, presence and exceptional hospitality. Fifty minutes of infrared heat, music and two teachers in every class. Seven studios across Chicago, Wisconsin, Utah and San Francisco. The experience is the product, and the people who hold the room make it possible.
The role
The Assistant Manager partners with the Studio Manager to run Ritual SOMA. Part host, part operator, part coach. This person sets the tone at the front desk, leads the Concierge team on shift, and keeps the studio running with quiet precision so every student feels seen, welcomed and taken care of.
The work
Lead the front of house on shift, welcoming every student and anticipating what they need before they ask.
Guide new students through their first classes.
Coach Concierges with clear feedback and genuine support.
Help the studio reach its monthly goals.
Keep the studio immaculate: candlelight, towels, amenities and every detail of the space.
Open and close the studio and manage daily operations in Mariana Tek and Homebase.
Help plan and host studio events and community moments.

Comfortable with schedules, numbers and studio systems.

Certified yoga teachers are encouraged to apply. Teaching experience is a plus, not a requirement.

Each practice is 50-minutes of candle-lit, fast-paced yoga choreographed to the bumping beats of the inspiring playlists of our teachers, bookended by meditation and massage. Each week, a new peak pose and class intention guide the practice. Advanced variations as well as inversions are offered in every class, as well as hands-on adjustments. Two yoga teachers lead each class, one to guide sequence, and one to provide alignment assists and demonstrations that benefit veteran yogis and beginners alike.
