Assistant Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Restaurant GM in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
Support staff training and development to maintain high service quality
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Assist in managing reservations, seating arrangements, and overall restaurant flow
Contribute to achieving sales targets and controlling costs
Skills and Qualifications:
Previous experience in a fine dining restaurant preferred but not required; training will be provided
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Knowledge of restaurant operations, health, and safety standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
