We are seeking a dynamic and organized Assistant Manager to join our team in Springfield, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.
Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the business
Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain high standards of customer service
Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
Support inventory management, including stock ordering and tracking
Assist in creating employee schedules and managing staff performance
Contribute to the implementation of company policies and procedures
Participate in training and development of new team members
Assist in financial tasks such as cash handling, deposits, and basic reporting
Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Step in for the Manager in their absence, making decisions and handling escalated issues

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
Proficiency in time management and multitasking
Customer-oriented mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices
Basic understanding of financial management and reporting
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed

•A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license

•You have to be at least 18 years old.
