Job description
Warehouse Lead Needed Immediately
Oversee daily warehouse operations—receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
Create and send purchase orders for stock replenishment, vendor dropships, and just-in-time (JIT) orders to support customer demand.
Maintain inventory accuracy and traceability in Odoo or similar ERP.
Operate laser-marking equipment, and manage labeling, bagging, and packaging quality.
Communicate with vendors for production updates, lead-time changes, and obtain quotations on products; update ERP data accordingly.
Supervise warehouse staff, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:
3+ years of warehouse, logistics, or production management experience.
Proficiency in Odoo ERP (or NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Fishbowl, Acumatica, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a hands-on environment.
