Pay & Benefits
Assistant Managers: $21.00-$22.00 per hour + tips (tips average an additional $3.00-$4.00 per hour !)

What You'll Do Support the General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations
Coach, motivate, and develop team members
Deliver exceptional customer service and lead by example
Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
Manage inventory, cash handling, and shift operations
Help drive sales while creating a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
Dependable, organized, and motivated to succeed
Passion for providing outstanding customer service
Commitment to teamwork, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but we'll train the right candidate with the right attitude
