nRequirements:
nOperate all equipment.
nStock ingredients.
nPrepare products.
nReceive and process telephone orders.
nTake inventory and complete associated paperwork.
nClean equipment and facility daily.
nTraining:
nOrientation and training provided on the job.
nSkills Needed:
nAbility to comprehend and communicate well verbally and written with customers
nand co-workers both over the phone and in person.
nWork Conditions:
nExposure to temperature changes ranging from 32 to 90 degrees in varying work
nareas. Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped working areas, hot
nsurfaces/tools and moving mechanical parts.
