nFull-time | Restaurant Management | Fast Track to General Manager
nAssistant Manager Duties:
nnSupport the Store Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
nLead, train, and motivate team members
nDeliver outstanding customer service every shift
nMaintain food quality, speed, and accuracy standards
nHandle scheduling, labor management, and inventory
nAssist with hiring, training, and staff development
nOversee banking, cash handling, and store profitability
nSupport marketing efforts to grow sales
n nAll Assistant Managers Receive:
