Job description
The Metropolitan Transportation Authority invites applications for Assistant Medical Director, based at 300 Cadman Plaza West, Brooklyn, NY. You will supervise staff physicians across MTA HQs in coordination with NYCT, MTA Bus, LIRR and MNR Deputy Medical Directors, and oversee the medical assessment center's physical therapists.
You will perform pre-placement, periodic, medical surveillance, fitness-for-duty and return-to-duty exams, render work-status decisions, and provide testimony in court
