Job description
Montage Health is hiring an Assistant Director for the Family Birth Center. You will help plan budgets, coordinate supplies and staffing, and support the department in delivering efficient and high-quality care in conjunction with Community Hospital’s strategic plan.
You will supervise daily operations, mentor staff, ensure orientatio and training, and drive quality and safety initiatives with Lean practices. A BSN is required; MSN preferred, with appropriate clinical leadership background.
