Job description
Legacy Silverton Medical Center, part of Legacy Health, is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in daily unit operations and staffing decisions. The role leads by example to uphold high-quality patient care and coordinates budgeting, education, and performance improvement efforts.
The ideal candidate holds a BSN (MSN preferred), has at least two years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting, and demonstrates strong communication and leadership skills.
