Job description
UF Health in Gainesville, FL is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations on a busy clinical unit. In this leadership role, you will coordinate patient care, supervise and mentor nursing staff, assist with scheduling, staffing, and workflow, and support quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, participates in performance improvement initiatives, and helps implement evidence-based practices while fostering a culture of patient-centered, compassionate care and continuous professional development.
