About This Role
The Assistant Nurse Manager in the Hospital Operating Room is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring compliance with standards, and supporting patient care delivery. This role is ideal for a leader who excels in collaboration and performance improvement.

What You'll Do
Assist in implementing best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
Support investigations into patient/family/member concerns regarding care and services.
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members for optimal patient care.
Allocate resources in assigned clinical areas for appropriate utilization.
Supervise the use and maintenance of equipment, supplies, and medications.
Maintain clinical expertise and provide clinical supervision.
Delegate tasks aligned to scope of practice.
Perform clinical duties as required.
Monitor compliance with the Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
Foster open dialogue and mentor team members for performance improvement.
Requirements
Education
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
Leadership experience required
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in California
