Job description
BJC HealthCare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for Interventional Radiology to support clinical and operational leadership in a high-acuity procedural environment. In this role, you will supervise and mentor IR nursing staff, coordinate patient flow and procedural schedules, and ensure adherence to evidence-based protocols and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with radiologists, technologists, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes, support quality and safety initiatives, and foster a mission-driven, inclusive, and learning-focused culture.
