Job description
Norton Healthcare, Inc. seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to drive daily operations in a patient care area and to partner closely with the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, family-centered care and quality outcomes.
You will supervise licensed and unlicensed staff, develop and evaluate care plans, and promote evidence-based practice within a governance framework to support staff development and resource stewardship.
