Job description
Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla Walla, WA is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to oversee clinical and operational activities on the assigned shift. The RN reports to the unit director and leads care teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes nursing standards, policy compliance, coaching and collaboration to improve outcomes. A BSN and WA RN license with BLS are required; leadership or charge nurse experience is preferred.
