Job description
Windham Hospital, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support clinical operations on an acute care unit. The role assists the Nurse Manager with daily staffing, patient flow, and care quality, ensuring adherence to evidence-based standards and regulatory requirements.
