Job description
The Assistant Nurse Manager – Neurology at BJC HealthCare supports daily operations of a neurology inpatient unit, ensuring safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, this role provides frontline leadership for nursing staff, coordinates patient flow and resources, and promotes evidence-based practice. The Assistant Nurse Manager collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve outcomes, mentors and develops team members, and advances initiatives in quality, safety, and patient experience in line with BJC’s mission of medical excellence and innovation.
