BJC HealthCare seeks a Neurology Assistant Nurse Manager to support a high-acuity neurology unit in St. Louis. In this role, you’ll coordinate daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based care. You’ll mentor and develop nurses, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives.
