Assistant Nurse Manager: Med/Surg
Montefiore Einstein is seeking a motivated and Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations of our Medical/Surgical (Med/Surg) unit. In collaboration with the Nurse Manager, you will coordinate patient care activities, support nursing staff, promote clinical excellence, and ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic hospital environment.
Qualifications:
BSN required; MSN preferred.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a Med/Surg unit.
Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Current BLS certification required.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and foster effective teamwork.
Excellent organizational skills and commitment to quality care and customer service.

Annual Base Salary Range: $135,200.00-$169,000.00
Work Schedule: Mon to Fri, 4 PM-12:30 AM
