Job description
Kaiser Permanente seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager for our Cardiac Cath Lab within our technology-enabled care environment. You will support daily operations of the cath lab, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you will mentor and evaluate staff, support adoption of digital health and documentation tools, and drive quality-improvement initiatives. You will collaborate with cardiologists, IT, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver efficient, high-quality, patient-centered cardiac procedures.
