Key Responsibilities Manage staff productivity, conduct performance evaluations, and address disciplinary actions. Oversee staff scheduling, payroll updates, and communication; determine staffing needs and make nursing assignments. Qualifications & Skills BSN degree required, RN licensure essential. 2+ years of nursing experience; oncology experience preferred. Experience in supervisory roles is advantageous, with 5-10 years of experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills necessary.
