Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks an Assistant Nurse Manager to support daily operations and clinical excellence on our patient care unit. You will coordinate staffing, oversee patient flow, and support nurses in delivering safe, evidence-based care. In partnership with the Nurse Manager, you’ll mentor staff, support onboarding, and drive quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives. You’ll collaborate with physicians and the care team, help implement best practices, and foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a leading not-for-profit health system.
