Job description
Harmony Senior Services, LLC seeks an Associate Healthcare Director (AHCD) to assist the Healthcare Director in leading health and wellness activities for residents and ensuring efficient operations of the resident care department.
You will supervise med techs and CNAs, ensure compliance with regulations, coordinate with physicians and pharmacists, and participate in hiring and training to support high-quality resident care.
