This role offers a collaborative hybrid schedule and an opportunity to truly grow with a firm that values both structure and innovation.What You'll Do:Support the Office Manager and Managing Partners with high-level administrative and operational tasksHandle monthly billing, including posting client expenses in Timeslips and QuickBooks, and preparing LEDES1998-compliant client billsManage accounts payable, receivable, collections, deposits, and trust fund accountsCommunicate directly with vendors and monitor invoice status and resolutionOversee expense reimbursements and assist with payroll coordinationHelp coordinate HR and benefits administration, and support onboarding and training of new hiresMaintain proper file management systems using FileVine and assist with general office supportGenerate regular administrative reporting for firm leadershipWhat You'll Bring:3–5 years of law firm or professional services office administration experiencePrior hands-on experience with billing, AP, AR, and collectionsTech-savvy with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, Timeslips, Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to juggle multiple responsibilities, work independently, and remain composed under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA team-oriented mindset with a respectful and professional approach when working with all levels of staff and leadershipDiscretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential dataExperience with FileVine, HR, or benefits is a plusIf you're seeking a growth-oriented support role in a fast-paced, highly collaborative legal environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit.Apply today through SourcePro Search to be considered for this exciting role!
