Agency Operations AssistantEvan Profeta State Farm is seeking an organized, proactive, and personable Agency Operations Assistant to support the Agent and team with daily operations, client communication, and follow-up. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and helping a busy office run efficiently. Insurance experience is not required, but the individual will be expected to obtain insurance licenses after hire as they grow into the role.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day administrative support to the Agent and teamCoordinate client follow-up and prepare for policy review meetingsMake outbound calls and assist with billing and account follow-upAnswer incoming calls and connect clients with the appropriate team memberMaintain accurate client records and document follow-up needsHelp track outstanding tasks and ensure important items are completedOnce licensed, assist with policy changes and additional client service needsSupport other administrative and operational needs as they ariseSkills & QualificationsHighly organized and detail-orientedStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional and comfortable interacting with clientsAble to manage multiple priorities and a high volume of client interactionsProactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership of follow-upComfortable learning new systems and processesInsurance experience is not requiredWillingness to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses after hireWhat This Role Can Grow IntoThis role is designed to grow beyond traditional administrative support. As the individual becomes familiar with the agency and obtains their insurance licenses, they can take on greater responsibility in client service, sales, account management, and office operations.
