Assistant Office ManagerOpening in CA Located in Montclair and Covina, CA Temporary position with potential to become permanentPractice Overview:Temporary Assistant Office Manager opportunity with a busy surgical practice in Southern CaliforniaPosition will cover a leave of absence with potential to transition into a permanent roleSupport office operations across Montclair and Covina locationsWork closely with physicians, clinical staff, administrative team members, and leadershipIdeal candidate will have prior experience in a surgical or specialty practice settingStrong opportunity for someone with broad front-office, back-office, billing, credentialing, and operational experiencePosition Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day office management and administrative operationsSupport surgery scheduling and coordinationAssist with billing-related tasks and insurance processesSupport provider contracting and credentialing workflowsAssist with HR-related administrative functions and staff coordinationHelp with marketing initiatives and practice growth effortsMaintain organized workflows and support efficient communication between office staff, providers, and patientsUse AthenaOne for practice management and administrative supportJob Qualifications:Prior medical office management or assistant office management experience preferredSurgery scheduling experience strongly preferredExperience with billing, contracting, credentialing, HR management, and marketing preferredAthenaOne experience strongly preferredStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to support multiple locations as neededProfessional, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced surgical practice environmentBenefits / Additional Details:Temporary position covering leave of absencePotential to become permanent based on practice needs and performanceAdditional compensation and benefit details to be discussed during the interview processMontclair and Covina offer convenient access to the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, with proximity to major Southern California communities, dining, schools, and regional amenities.
