We offer a 401K with a company match (after 90 days of employment) and profit-sharing bonuses.Schedule: We work 12 hour rotating shifts with every other weekend off. We are hiring for night shift 4pm-4am. Moving to days 4am-4pm is based on hire dateDuties of the Assistant Operator include:Raw material transfer systems for facility extrudersLocate raw materials in the warehouseResponsible for maintaining resin silo levels and refilling when neededProvide relief coverage for other extrusion operators during breaksBecome familiar with mixer job requirements for the facilityRecord material identification and amounts of material usedPackage and properly label finished material and place in holding areaWear proper PPE as designated by the work instruction.Maintain clean and safe working environmentPreferred experience, training and skills:High school diploma or GED REQUIREDAbility to work on a rotating 12 hour shift schedule from 4pm-4amBasic computer skillsAbility to stand/walk up to 12 hours during the shiftAbility to lift 50 lbs as neededAbility to climb stairs multiple times a day as neededYou can also apply onsite in our visitor lobby
