Posting Summary
The Department of Management and Global Business at Rutgers Business School - Newark and New Brunswick is recruiting for a tenure-track faculty member at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We seek candidates with a strong research interest in the broadly defined area of Entrepreneurship area with possible interests in related areas such as Strategic Management and International Business.
The Department of Management and Global Business has world-renowned faculty with specialties in International Business, Strategic Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Entrepreneurship, Organizational Theory, Ethics, and Organizational Behavior. Our department also works with a talented group of Ph.D. students and hosts visiting scholars from around the world.
Responsibilities:
Participate actively in research, teach undergraduate, graduate and doctoral-level courses, supervise and work with doctoral students, and engage in service activities as required by the department and/or the school.

Qualifications
Minimum Education and Experience
Candidates must have an active research program; potential to be excellent in teaching undergraduate, MBA, and doctoral-level courses; interest in supervising and working with doctoral students; and willingness to engage in service activities. Faculty members are expected to teach on both Newark and New Brunswick campuses and are assigned an office on either campus, depending on the department's teaching or other needs.
