Mentors, serves as a resource, and provides support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues while meeting the department, nursing, and organization goals. Oversees clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.**Job Title:** Assistant Patient Care Manager **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree **Minimum Field of Study:** Nursing or other related field of study **Minimum Education Notes:** Associate's degree with BSN in process, to be completed within University program guidelines, not to exceed four (4) years from date of hire. **Preferred Education Level:** Master's Degree **Preferred Field of Study:** Nursing **Preferred Education Notes:** **Licensure Certification Needed:** Yes **Minimum Licensure:** Registered Nurse (RN)Basic Life Support (BLS) **Minimum Licensure (Other):** **Training Required:** Strong computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Advanced nursing skills; IV therapy, intervention with emergencies, teaching skills. Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices including patient care, technology, and processes **Salary Range**$98,342.40 - $150,030.40*Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role.
