Job description
Join UniFirst as an Assistant Production Manager in our Warehouse & Manufacturing team. You’ll help oversee daily uniform rental and facility services production, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. Partner with the Production Manager to coordinate workflows, staffing, and equipment utilization while maintaining inventory accuracy and cleanliness. You’ll monitor KPIs, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and support continuous improvement initiatives. This role is hands-on on the production floor, leading and coaching team members in UniFirst’s safety-first, customer-focused, and team-oriented culture with strong training and advancement potential.
