Job description
Assistant Professor Of Management
The Anisfield School of Business at Ramapo College of New Jersey is seeking a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management to start August 25, 2027.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Candidates must have a strong commitment to effective teaching and a demonstrated ability to publish in peer reviewed journals. The successful candidate will be able to teach BADM 495 Strategic Management; other potential courses include MGMT 302 Managing Organizational Behavior and other Management electives.
Ability to publish discipline-relevant research in peer-reviewed journals; faculty members are expected to maintain academic qualifications consistent with AACSB standards for scholarship and intellectual contributions.
Participate in service, college governance, and student advisement.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Candidates for the position should have a Ph.D. in Management or related area. ABD with imminent completion date will be considered.
Compensation: AFT - 10 months - Tenure Track $100,000-$120,000 US work authorization is required. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US. Ramapo College currently has a no-sponsorship policy.
