Job description
The Department of Philosophy at Texas State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2027. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, develop a productive research program, contribute to department and college initiatives (notably the Philosophy Dialogues), and support core curriculum offerings.
Typical teaching load is 3/3, with a 2/2 assignment for the first two years; summer teaching may be available.
