Job description
The Department of Physics at the University of North Texas invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position in Semiconductors (experimental). The successful candidate will develop an externally funded research program, teach at undergraduate and graduate levels, mentor student researchers, and contribute to service within the department and the UNT community.
Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience, with startup funds and benefits as outlined by UNT.
