Job description
Texas State University invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Philosophy (Ethics and Philosophy of Emerging Technologies) to begin Fall 2027. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, develop a productive research program, and contribute to department leadership, including the Philosophy Dialogues program.
The position requires Ph.D. in Philosophy by appointment, with ABD applicants providing anticipated completion verification.
