Job description

Assistant Program CoordinatorOpen Sky provides person-centered services designed to help individuals achieve their goals, build independence, and thrive within their communities. Through evidence-based practices, compassionate support, and collaborative care, we empower the people we serve to strengthen their skills, enhance their well-being, and develop meaningful connections and natural supports. Our multidisciplinary teams work together to deliver high-quality services tailored to each individual's unique strengths, needs, and aspirations.The Assistant Program Coordinator serves in a leadership role, working alongside direct support staff to provide services and supports to individuals served while overseeing and supervising overnight staff. They also provide administrative support to the Program Coordinator, including assisting with staffing schedules, program operations, and budget-related tasks.Other Key Responsibilities:Complete required documentation and support the delivery of individual and group-based services, transportation, behavioral support, skill development, mentoring, and recreational activities.Implement activities that promote community engagement, relationship building, personal growth, and the development of valued social roles.Assist in the development and implementation of individualized service, support, and goal plans.Participate in the program's on-call rotation.The organization recognizes skills, location, training and population served in certain programs by offering an additional hourly differential.
