Job description
NFI North, Inc. in Newport, NH is seeking an Assistant Program Director for our 16-bed adult program relocated to Arbor View. The role supports the Program Director, oversees payroll, scheduling, and staff training, and ensures safety and compliance.
You will supervise shift supervisors, conduct group and individual counseling, and participate in crisis intervention. Some evening hours and rotating on-call duties are required.
