Pay or shift range: $78,000 USD to $83,000 USD

Description

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is a leading statewide provider of behavioral health services and a Certified Great Place to Work. We are currently seeking an Assistant Program Director to help lead clinical and administrative operations at the Ware Family Resource Center (FRC).

What You Will Do:

Provide administrative and clinical supervision to FRC staff, including scheduling and coverage

Conduct trauma-informed intake, assessment, and treatment planning for youth and families

Facilitate evidence-based groups and provide clinical training and consultation to staff

Maintain accurate electronic health records and produce reports for funding sources

Build collaborative relationships with families, team members, and community partners

Represent the FRC at community events and step in for the Program Director as needed

Who You Are:

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field required

Licensure (LCSW, LICSW, or LMHC) required

Minimum of 2 years of supervisory and management experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children and families

Massachusetts CANS Certification required

Valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable vehicle required

Understanding of trauma-informed care, substance use, and rural community needs preferred
