Assistant Project ManagerRequired Skills & Experience- Preferred four-year degree in construction management or a related field - Four or more years of electrical experience preferred - Open to a combination of relevant education and hands-on electrical construction experience - Strong software and technology skills - Proficiency with: Microsoft Excel Bluebeam Microsoft tools/platform - Strong organizational skills and ability to learn new processes - Interest in developing into a Project Manager - Must pass required background screeningJob DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support an electrical construction project in the Space Coast market. This is a developmental opportunity designed to train the APM to eventually become a Project Manager.Project Scope - Supports one project at a time - Assigned to the newly awarded Space Coast project - Works from the jobsite five days per week rather than reporting to an office - Project is currently primarily within the planning cycle - Helps with project documentation, coordination, software, communication, and administrative project support - Does not initially own project budgeting or forecasting - Will be trained on this companies PM responsibilities and processesAdditional Compensation - Weekly vehicle allowance - Gas card - Toll card/coverage
