Basic Salary - $85k to $110k

Opportunity
They are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join their ground-up construction division. Hands on, specialized training will be provided to support both personal and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Working alongside field staff to maintain an updated project schedule
* Analyze financials
* Assist in development of client and subcontractor relations
* Administer requisitioning and collections processes with payments
* Develop a purchasing schedule and strategy
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or higher / relevant experience within a GC
- Preferably 2+ years of construction experience
