Role Description
This is a part time on-site role for an Assistant Property Manager, located in Honolulu, HI. The Assistant Property Manager will be responsible for supporting daily property management operations, including tenant relations, lease administration, and coordinating maintenance activities. They will assist with rent collection, account management, property inspections, and maintaining compliance with applicable regulations. The role also involves providing administrative support and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Customer service and communication skills to effectively address tenant and client needs
Basic knowledge of property management processes, lease administration, and compliance regulations
Proficiency in using property management software and general office tools
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
Problem-solving and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field is a plus
