Job description
Horner & Shifrin, Inc. is seeking a full-time Regional Manager or Assistant Regional Manager for our Structural Building business unit. This role requires 10+ years of progressively senior experience and strong leadership to manage projects, people, and client relationships.
You will oversee performance, budgets, and backlogs while coordinating with development teams to grow the regional practice and ensure high-quality deliverables across projects.
