Job description
Astoria Healthcare Center in Sylmar, CA is seeking an Assistant Director of Rehabilitation to lead our in-house rehab team. Must be a licensed PT, PTA, OT, or OTA with at least 1 year of experience in a SNF, and ready to manage day-to-day operations with a collaborative interdisciplinary approach.
You will supervise physical, occupational, and speech-language pathology staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive quality improvement initiatives to improve resident outcomes and satisfaction.
