Job description
Powerback Rehabilitation seeks an Assistant Director of Rehab to support the Director of Rehab in successful operations across locations, ensuring high-quality rehabilitation services and optimal patient outcomes.
You will help supervise therapists and assistants, provide direct patient care as needed, and contribute to regulatory compliance and education to enhance care delivery. This role also offers mentorship for new grads and growth opportunities.
