Job description
The Applied Research Laboratory at Penn State University seeks an Assistant Research Professor to advance research on two-dimensional materials and next-generation semiconductor devices, with emphasis on scalable 2D FETs and CMOS integration. You will lead materials and process development, cleanroom fabrication, and device characterization, while mentoring students and collaborating on proposals.
