Job description
Seven Hills Foundation in Massachusetts seeks an Assistant Residence Director to support daily residential program operations and help individuals with developmental disabilities thrive in their communities. This hands-on leadership role collaborates with the Residence Director and a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
You will supervise staff, coordinate supports, monitor health and safety, and participate in administrative duties.
