Job description
Rockler in Greenville, SC seeks an Assistant Retail Store Manager to oversee customer service and drive sales. This full-time role acts as the gatekeeper for service excellence, managing inventory, expenses, and shrinkage in support of the Store Manager.
You will train staff, maintain standards, and monitor store performance while promoting woodworking activities to attract customers and grow traffic. Strong leadership and communication are essential.
