Assistant ForemanStep into a highly skilled, hands-on role where your roofing experience is valued every single day. As the Assistant Foreman, you will partner closely with the Foreman to keep projects moving smoothly by helping with production, materials, communication, and problem solving in the field.This role is ideal for someone who knows commercial roofing well, enjoys being the go to expert on the crew, and likes being the right-hand person without wanting a full-time managerial role.What You Will Be DoingSupport the Foreman with day to day production and field operationsReview plans, scope, and goals to help keep the crew productive and on scheduleCoordinate materials, staging, and quality checksMake field decisions and bring escalations to the Foreman when neededAssist with documenting production notes, changes, and daily project detailsHelp newer crew members learn best practices and solid roofing techniques without being their bossWho We Are Looking ForExperienced in commercial roofing or exterior constructionSomeone who has seen enough jobs to know how things should go in the fieldClear communication skills and the ability to relay information and ask questionsOrganized, reliable, and detail focusedComfortable with basic computer and email usageOpen to travel as needed or assignedWhat Our Client OffersCompetitive hourly pay: $30 to $40 per hourSolid benefitsA team oriented and supportive work environmentThe chance to grow into a more senior role over time if you want that
